Resident Hall Three is a suite-style residence hall consisting of 4-person and 2-person single room suites for returning upperclassman. All suites feature a common entrance and either one or two bathroom facilities. Each bedroom is equipped with unlimited access to Ethernet connections. Students can access cable television via streaming.

All suites in Residence Hall 3 now have refrigerators! They are located in the common area of the suite. There is one refrigerator provided per suite. They are 7.4 cu. ft. (210 L) capacity top mount refrigerators.
